Wyoming State Drone Laws
These laws apply in the entire state.

SF 170

Authorizes the Wyoming Aeronautics Commission to promulgate reasonable rules on where unmanned aircraft can take off or land with due consideration of public health and safety. The commission shall not have the power to regulate unmanned aircraft operation in navigable airspace.

House Bill 105 (2017)

Prohibits the use of drones by law enforcement agencies to gather evidence or other information pertaining to criminal conduct except to the extent authorized in a warrant.
